Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense
Our kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense classes will
help your child develop self confidence, discipline,
respect, and coordination while training in a fun and
exciting family atmosphere. They will learn the
fundamental movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while
interacting with other children their age.
Private
lessons
Private lessons are available for those who want to
drastically improve their technique and conditioning
in a short period of time. Private lessons are
